Ingredients:
1 white or yellow onion (diced)
bunch of green onions (the stem part)
28 oz. diced tomatoes

wet minced garlic (1 1/2 tsp)
salt
cayenne pepper
tabasco sauce
crushed red pepper
lime juice

optional: onion salt, garlic salt, cumin

Directions:
This combination makes a delicious fresh salsa. I usually start by running the tomatoes through the blender (just for a second) or food processor. Chop up and add the onions, green onions and cilantro. Add garlic and a handful of salt. Add the remaining ingredients to your taste

Personal Notes:
This comes out a little different every time, but it's always great. I like to refrigerate it overnight before I serve it, this helps the flavors really come together.
