Directions:
Directions:
Slice 3 large lemons horizontally in half. Spoon out the lemon pulp so that you have a small empty "bowl". (save the insides in a pitcher for fresh lemonade!). Thinly slice the end off of each lemon half so that the lemon can sit on it's flat base. Place one scoop of lemon sorbet neatly into each lemon cup and garnish on top with a small piece of fresh mint. Serve up and eat right away!
