1 3/4 c flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 c cold milk
dash salt
1/2 c nuts
1/2 c cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c butter, softened
36 marshmallows, cut in half
1 c sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, cream butter and add sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add flour mixture and milk alternately. Add nuts and vanilla. Drop by rounded teaspoon on well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Top each with marshmallow half, cut side down and bake until soft. Cool.

Frosting

Mix 2 c powdered sugar, 5 tbsp cocoa, dash salt, 3 tbsp melted butter, 4 tbsp cream and 1.2 tsp vanilla. Beat well and frost cookies when cooled.
