1/2 c butter 1 c sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp milk 2 c flour 2 tsp baking powder dash salt 2 tbsp cocoa mixed with enough water to make paste
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg and milk. Add dry ingredients. Divide dough into 2 parts. Add chocolate paste to one part. Roll out white part; then roll out chocolate part. Place chocolate part on top of white part and roll up as for a jelly roll. Slice and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
