1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
10 eggs, hard-boiled
5 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. teriyaki sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix beef, pork, cornstarch, salt, and pepper for about 2 minutes. Wrap a boiled egg in the ground beef/pork mixture to make a meatball. Bake for 25 minutes. Brush teriyaki sauce on the meatballs, then put back in the oven until golden brown.
