Ingredients:  
2 pkgs of creamed spinach
1 stick of butter
8 oz sour cream
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
1 onion (chopped)
8 oz cream cheese
1 can artichoke hearts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Warm two pkgs of cream spinach. Mix spinach into sautéed onions. Lower heat. Mix in cream cheese. Mix in sour cream. Add a small amount of Tony's (if desired). Add chopped artichokes. Mix well. Add cut up cheese and place in warmer or you can top with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese and bake at 350º about 5 minutes. Serve with chips.
