1 lb fresh butter beans or 2-16 ounce cans of butter beans
1 lb shrimp
1 can rotel
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 bunch of green onion
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
1 tbsp liquid crab boil
4 c of water
Salt, black and red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make a light brown roux; add onions, bell peppers, green onions and parsley. Saute until tender. Add butter beans and 2 cups of water. Cook on medium heat until tender. Then add shrimp, liquid crab boil, ~ 2 cups of water and seasoning. Cook for 30 minutes.
