1 1/2 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 lb. Mexican Velvetta
1 large bag of cheese Doritos
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of rotel tomatoes
1 can of chicken broth soup
1 large onion
5 green onions
1 bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté diced chicken breast in olive oil, add chopped onions, green onion and bell peppers until tender. Add chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and rotel. Let simmer for 5 minutes. In a greased 9x11 casserole dish begin layering with chips, chicken and soup mixture and top off with cheese. Place in oven at 350 º until cheese is bubbly.
