3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 oz blue cheese
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chives
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb cooked rotelle (corkscrew pasta)
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and blue cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in oil. Stir in parsley, chives and garlic.

Spoon over hot freshly cook rotelle. Add parmesan cheese and toss gently to mix.
