1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
3 whole chicken breasts
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, rind, salt & pepper.

Dip chicken in orange juice; roll in crumb mixture.

Place in greased dish, skin side up and bake for 30 minutes at 350.

Combine remaining ingredients and heat. Pour over chicken and bake another 30 minutes.
