2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice in container to blend.

Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350º until knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes.
