Ribs- 3 racks to a pan use “throwaway” pans
Favorite seasonings

1. Sprinkle garlic and whatever other favorite seasonings you like on both sides of
2. Cover tightly with aluminum foil
3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1- ˝ hours
4. Open aluminum foil away from you to avoid a steam burn.
5. Pour off juices into a fat separator if you have one discard fat and use juices to
make a rice pilaf.
6. Brush ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.
7. Return to oven uncovered for 1- ˝ hours at 350 degrees.
