1 pkg. (1 oz.) Chow mien seasoning mix
1 pkg. Firm tofu
3 tbl. Soy sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
cup water
2 tbsp. Oil
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 onion (small), chopped
1 carrot, chopped
2 cup bean sprouts
10 oz. Package chow mien noodles

1. Cook noodles using directions on pkg.
2. Combine seasoning, soy sauce, sugar, and water set aside.
3. Heat oil in skillet or wok. Stir fry tofu in (season to taste)
4. Add vegetables except bean sprouts, stir fry.
5. Add bean sprouts and seasoning mixture, and cooked noodles, stir fry until hot.
* Tofu can be replaced with lb. Boneless chicken.
