1 lb. Pork roast ribs or ribs stripes
½ c. soy sauce
½ c. honey
½ c. water
¼ c. dry red wine
2 tbsp. Sugar
½ tsp. ginger or tsp. fresh minced
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry mustard
2 tbsp. Diced pimientos

1. Mix all ingredients in seal able container
2. Add pork and shake let set in refrigerator for 24 hours shake regularly to help
marinate meat.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
4. Or throw it on the BBQ
