¾ c. skim milk powder
1 c. rolled oats
¾ c. peanut butter
½ c. honey
1 tsp. Vanilla
¼ c. toasted sesame seeds*
2 tbl. Boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toast sesame seeds at 200 degrees about 20 minutes
2. Mix skim milk powder and oats together
3. In medium bowl combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla blend thoroughly
4. Gradually add oat mixture to peanut butter mixture, mix thoroughly using hands if necessary
5. Blend in sesame seeds and 2 tbl. Boiling water blend well.
6. Shape into 1 inch balls roll in finely chopped nuts or sesame seeds.
