1 c. flour
c. corn meal
2-3 tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking powder
tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Butter
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
cup cooking oil

1. Mix dry ingredients
2. mix the other ingredients separately
3. butter pan, heat oven to 400 degrees
4. add all ingredients together
5. Pour batter into pan
6. bake for 15-20 minutes, serve warm
