3 c. spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. canned tomatoes, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, sliced thin
6 slices bacon, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Place layer of spinach in a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Add a layer of tomatoes, sprinkling of onion, small amount of chili sauce, cracker crumbs, salt, paprika and a layer of cheese. Repeat and sprinkle more crumbs on top. Arrange bacon on top. Bake 25 minutes or until cheese melts and the bacon is crisp.
Makes 6 servings.
