4 c. milk 1 egg, well beaten 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 c. Minute Rice 1/4 c. raisins 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in a saucepan. Add raisins and rice. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Pour into serving bowl. Serve warm or cold, sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg. Chill about 1 hour; stir. Makes about 10 servings.
