3-1/2 C. Flour
4 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tbsp salt
3/4 tbsp course black pepper
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into ropes to make cookie rings. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
