5 cups flour;
1 cup crisco (16 tbsp);
1 tsp baking powder;
1 tsp salt;
1 cup grated cheese;
black pepper;
enough water to make dough spreadable-approximately 2 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above well, knead, then roll out. Separate into 3 portions, before rolling out. Fit into three 8" pie plates, covering bottoms and sides, and leaving crust for the tops. Fill the pie plates. Top with crust. Make six 2" slits on tops. Bake at 375º until golden brown.
