1 cup sugar;
2 eggs;
2 cups flour;
1/4 tsp. salt;
1 tsp. baking powder;
1/4 lb. crisco (8 tbsp);
grated orange rind
Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco, sugar, and eggs. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and add orange rind. Mix well. Roll or press into two 9" pie plates. Save some dough to crisscross over the top.
