Fresh dove breast - deboned (opening day kill)
Butter
Olive oil
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic
Onions
Red cayenne pepper
Salt
Italian Dressing
Jalapeņos peppers
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon in small pieces and set aside. Place dove breast in throw away alum. pan. Mix doves with the first 8 ingredients. Top off with jalapeņo peppers and bacon. Cover with foil. Light up the barbecue grill. Continue your hunt until doves are tender. All you need is tooth picks and French bread.

We don't really measure anything. It all depends on how many doves Jeremy and I kill on opening day. We usually have about 95 dove breast. If Ross shows up about 97. You can also use de-boned duck breast
