3/4 C semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
1 stick of softened unsalted butter, + 1tbsp
2 Eggs
3/4 C sugar
3 tbsp flour
You will also need 4 ramicans to cook the lava cakes in (~ 1 C capacity)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of boiling water (best way to melt chocolate). Set aside. Grease ramicans. In a bowl whisk the eggs, whisk in the sugar and mix, add the flour. Then fold the chocolate/butter combo to the sugar. Then pour into ramicans. Cook in oven at 400º for about 20 minutes, top will be cracked like a brownie, but under will be gooey.
