1 c. Flour
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar

2 15 oz. cans pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. half-and-half
1 c. honey
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Cool Whip
Candy pumpkins

Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl mix all crust ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Press in bottom of ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Bake for 10 min. Meanwhile in large bowl, beat all filling ingredients with wire whisk until blended. Pur over baked crust. Bake 55 to 60 min or until set. Cool completely about 40 min. Garnish with cool whip and candy pumpkins or pumpkin pie spice.
