1 lb. Crawfish Tails
1 Stick Butter
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
8-10 oz. Fettuccine Noodles
1/2 Clove of Garlic
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
1/2 Pint Half & Half Cream
1/4lb Jalapeño Cheese
1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions & bell peppers in butter. Add parsley, garlic and crawfish. Cook on med. heat for 10 minutes. Add cheese and cream and simmer for 30 minutes. Boil noodles, drain and add to mixture. Pour into casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese & Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
