1 lb. bag pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. water
1 T. cinnamon
1 T. salt
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Beat egg white and water until frothy. Mix in pecans toss until coated. In separate bowl mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Toss nuts in sugar mixture. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 min, turning pecans every 10 min. Let cool before serving
