2 Salmon fillets 1/2 inch thick
Marinade:
4 tbsp of Soya Sauce
2 tbsp of Maple syrup
Glaze:
4 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate fillets for several hours in fridge. Discard marinade and cook in a preheated barbeque for 7 minutes on each side. May be cooked on tin foil, right on grill or in a grill basket.

On stove in small sauce pan let glaze get to boiling point and thicken slightly. Pour on top of fillets just before serving
