3 different flavors of sherbet ice cream
2 ready-made "Angel Food" cakes sliced in half, lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Lay one layer of cake on wax paper. Spread one flavor of barely softened sherbet on cake layer. Repeat layering until you have used all the sherbet flavors and all four of cake layers. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and place in freezer until needed. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve.
