2 cups uncooked noodles (egg noodles are good.)
2 medium onions, diced
1 lb. ground venison burger
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles until barely tender, drain and rinse. In skillet saute onions in margarine until light yellow, set aside. In same skillet, cook venison, add sautéed onions and cottage cheese. Arrange 1/3 of noodles and 1/2 of the meat in 2 quart casserole dish; repeat. Place remaining noodles on top. Combine milk, soup, salt, and Tabasco sauce. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake uncovered in 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
