1 cup flour
5 T powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cup rhubarb, cut into small pieces (fresh is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: 1 cup flour, powdered sugar, and butter.
Press into 7 1/2"x11" dish and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together next four ingredients, fold in rhubarb last. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
