2 lb. ground beef
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 lb. cheese - sliced (Velveeta & Colby Jack)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 cans mushroom soup
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Mix in bacon, pepper, soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Layer 1/2 the potatoes in bottom of the dish that's well buttered, next layer 1/2 the meat mixture and 1/2 the cheese slices; repeat. Bake and cover 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
