1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 ¼ cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup light brown sugar
2 egg whites
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat baking sheets with cooking spray
Combine flour, oats, cinnamon, soda and salt; reserve.
In another bowl, whisk together sugar, egg whites, oil, applesauce and vanilla until combined.
Stir in flour mixture until combined.
Stir in raisins.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2” apart, onto baking sheets.
Bake 12-14 minutes.
Remove from pan, cool on rack.
