1/2# butter or margerine (2 sticks)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup ground small walnut pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk with electric mixer. Slowly add and mix flour and cinnamon mixture by hand and pat down with fingers in 2 greased cookie sheet. Add alittle water to egg white and spread on top of mixture. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Bake in 300º oven for approx. 15-20 min (one cookie sheet at a time). Remove from oven when light brown and cut immediately into small pieces and remove from cookie sheet.
