Cake:
2-3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1-1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix ingredients in order. Put in a greased 9x13" pan. Bake 350º for 35 minutes. Blend frosting ingredients. Spread over cake when cool.
