4 chicken breasts
1-onion (sliced)
1-green pepper (cut into bite size pieces)
1-pkg snap peas
1-14.5 oz can pineapple with juice
1/2 can coconut milk
2 tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken and stir fry until almost done and then add veggies. Once veggies are almost cooked add coconut milk and pineapples with the juice. Let simmer 3 minutes. Serve with rice (we use jasmine rice, very yummy!!)
