2 C flour
1 T baking soda
1 C mashed banana (just use 2-3 very ripe bananas and mash- don't bother measuring)
1/2 C Sour Milk (add 1-2 T vinegar to milk and let sit while mixing everything else...it will curdle)
1 C Chopped Walnuts
1 C sugar
1/2 T salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c melted butter
1 C chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together. Add bananas, eggs, sour milk, butter. Mix together. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into three small greased loaf pans. Bake 40-50 minutes until inserted knife comes up clean.
