4 lb. hen or chicken breast, 1 c. chopped celery, 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can sliced mushrooms, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 lb. grated velvetta cheese, 1 t. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water to cover until done. Cool and bone. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth along with pepper, celery & onions. Add velvetta, mushrooms, soup and curry powder. Mix well & put in casserole dish. Cover liberally with grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º until hot and bubbly.
