1 lb mushroom caps
1 pkg Alouette© Herb & Garlic spreadable cheese
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1lb hot American sausage, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain, chop. Add Parmesan cheese. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Fill mushroom cap with sausage. Top with Alouette© cheese spread. Bake at 350º for 15-20 min.
