1 can cream of chicken soup
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 - 8 oz. container sour cream
3/4 small brick Velveeta cheese cubed
1/4 c. pepperjack cheese
2 - 5oz. cans of chunky chicken
1 small onion (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in crockpot on low for 2 hours stirring as it melts.
