Prime Rib Roast, tied (enough for the amount serving)
Kosher Salt
Pepper
2 C Red Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 550. Salt and Pepper the meat. Put in a roasting pan. Put in the oven at 550, and then immediately turn down to 350. Cook about 13-15 min per pound.

AU JUS
Take roast out and let sit, mix wine with pan juices, salt and pepper to taste.
