Beef round steak pieces, cut very thin and tenderized.

Softened butter
Fresh chopped garlic
Fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Freshly grated romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make a paste of the butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and grated cheese. Cut the meat into 1-1 1/2in strips and spread the paste onto each piece. Roll each piece of meat, jellyroll style, and secure with a toothpick. Bake the rolls at 350º for approx 30 minutes. Transfer to a pot of simmering Red Sauce and simmer a minimum of 60 mintes in the sauce. Serve with homemade pasta and a fresh salad.
