Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 cans of Rotel
3 eggs
1 C bread crumbs
1 Onion- chopped
Ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spread into a meatloaf pan. Pour some ketchup over top. Bake in oven at 350º for 1.45 hours.
