6 Eggs
2-3 tbsp butter
1/2 C milk
1/4 C cream cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Wisk eggs, butter, milk and cream cheese together. Pour into skillet on med-high. Push the bottom of the dish with a spatula every few minutes, until it starts to clump. Then stir until the eggs are done (just after they are no longer wet or runny).
