1 beef roast 1-1/2 c. beef liquid or canned beef broth 1 c. water 3 tbsp. pizza sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 bay leaf 1 clove garlic, minced
Cook roast to rare. When cool, slice as thin as possible. In large skillet, mix broth, water, pizza sauce, salt, bay leaf and garlic. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add sliced beef and heat 10 minutes. Serve on hard rolls or Italian bread.
