2 c. yellow crisco
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
4 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars and crisco. Add eggs, water, vanilla and mix. Mix in baking soda, salt and flour. Stir in chocolate chips. I use an even amount of vanilla, milk chocolate, and butterscotch chips. Bake 12 minutes at 350 F. Cool on rack and freeze for fresh cookies always.
