3 pounds of Pork Loin
1 pound of Bulk Sausage
1 Large apple, seeded and diced
˝ Cup of Mustard
1 Cup of your favorite BBQ Rub

Directions:
Directions:
With a Large knife cut out a hole through the middle of the pork loin and remove the meat. In a bowl, mix together the sausage and the diced apple. Now fill the tunnel that you carved out of the middle of the park with the Sausage and apple mixture. After the sausage is in the loin, rub the outside of the loin with the mustard and generously apply the rub. Preheat the grill for indirect heat Move the stuffed loin to the grill. Place a couple of handfuls of hickory wood on top of the coals and smoke the loin for 3 hours at 275 degrees or until the center of the pork registers 170 degrees.
