A whole pork tenderloin
2 teaspoon of vegetable oil
1½ Tablespoon of curry powder
½ cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Set your grill up for direct, medium high grilling. Once the grill is warmed up put your tenderloins on the grill. Mix together the oil, curry powder and the apple juice concentrate. Baste the tenderloin with the curry glaze for the last 5 minutes of grilling. Use your tongs to flip the pork several times as you baste to insure even carmelization. After grilling, let the loin rest for 5 minutes. Then slice the loins into coins and serve with the remaining glaze.
