2 Pounds of a boneless pork loin, cut into strips

For the marinade
˝ Cup of Soy sauce
˝ Cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of curry powder
1 clove of minced garlic
15 Long Bamboo Skewers

For the sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
˝ cup of soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Throw all of the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Combine the cut pork loin, cover and refrigerate overnight. When you’re ready to take the pork out of the fridge, soak your bamboo skewers in cold water. Let the skewers for about a half an hour. Thread the skewers through the pork strips, keep the handle side of the skewer clear to use as a handle, grill the pork for about 12 minutes.

Serve this up with the peanut sauce.
