Some grilled ribs recipes call for a bunch of spices to create a flavorful rub. This recipe is not one of those, but the next one is… In fact this recipe has no rub. It’s all in the way you care for the ribs while they cook. Don’t worry; it is not as difficult as I make it out to be. This recipe is almost foolproof, but it is not jackassproof, so on second thought, maybe you should worry a little.

2 Racks of uncut spare ribs (my favorite rib cut)
1 Cup of Kosher salt
1 Cup of Vinegar
1 Cup of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a fire to medium heat and grill the ribs with direct heat. The ribs have no rub on them, unwrap the ribs, wash them off and throw them directly on the grill. Mix the Vinegar and water together, and have the salt on “Hot Standby”.
You’re going to flip the ribs ever 10-15 minutes, each time sprinkle both sides of the ribs with the salt and slap it a few times with the mop. Remember to do this every time you flip.
Make a batch of vinegar based sauce and serve it ribs over sliced white bread, and you’ve got yourself some great ribs.
