Who the heck is “Joe” and why is he so sloppy? Is there really a guy, somewhere named Joe, just living in filth and reveling in the fame of having a sandwich named after him? Well I have 2 words for Ole Joe, and the second word is “You”. This is MY recipe, and I challenge you to find someone sloppier than me.

1 Pound of Lean Ground Beef
One small chopped onion
2 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
1 Cup of ketchup
¼ cup of yellow mustard
½ Cup of Frozen corn
½ teaspoon of cumin
½ teaspoon of salt
4 burger buns

Directions:
Brown the beef in a large skillet. Once the meat is cooked, throw in the diced onions and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, corn and spices. Constantly stir the mixture and bring the whole thing to a boil. Lower your heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then just scoop the meat on the buns. Maybe sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top of it. This is one delicious mess. Kind of like me.
